Overview
NEW VISION – Design & PM (NV) is a Project Management and Arch/Engineering (A/E) Consultancy firm that has an exclusive association in Egypt with ‘Option One International’ (O1) based in GCC countries. NV was established in Cairo in 2017 as an Egyptian Consultancy Company. The Founder of New Vision ‘Mr. Mohammed Badr’ is an international associate member in AIA (American Institute of Architects) since 2007 & has a Certificate of CONSULTANT ENGINEER in Architecture from Egypt Syndicate of Engineers & From Kuwait Engineering Society since 2019, Mr. Badr has 25+ years of wide international experience in Design Consultancy, PM & supervision. The aim of establishment in Egypt was to provide the international experience gained by both companies & experts to obtain the optimum engineering product & up-to-date services required nowadays in new Egyptian developments & GCC countries. The second aim was to build a unique & concrete base in Egypt that can deliver & export quality services to abroad clients, as well as becoming competitive to worldwide firms using very efficient services. In less than five years NV has exceeded expectations of work provided to abroad clients with several projects in Kuwait, Oman & Bahrain. In Egypt, recently NV has been awarded full Design services & Design Management for 10 projects to M/s SODIC (lead real estate developer in Egypt). In addition to JA University in Kuwait & Three unique projects in Bahrain. Our business goal does not target becoming a Mega firm in size but aims for a personable size & professional services where the client can still communicate directly with the partners & feel that their project is well attended by the firm’s first tier. With the significant experience & qualification of our team we are confident that we will meet the client satisfaction. Most of our seniors & associated consultants has worked jointly in several successful projects in the last 10-15 years which built a solid, well-coordinated & efficient team.
